Breakfast was good. Ladysmith is my hometown, I could not dare say anything bad about it LOL

Good place, clean. A little old and kinda spooky when the hotel has low occupance. I think the hotel could do with an upgrade/modernisation inside the rooms without compromising the historically significant architecture

Nomondo was very pleasant at reception. She clearly loves her job, it shows and its appreciated

Great stay while visiting the Ladysmith battlefields. Central location close to shops etc. Buffet breakfast was great, so many choices. Bed and shower in the room were also great.

An old hotel that is showing its age but is well run and clean, ideally located in town with secure parking and serves a great breakfast.

The hotel is very old- but was happy that the rooms are clean. The bed comfortable. The place is also right in town and easy to get to. I needed a midpoint place to rest before driving to Pietretief and it served the purpose.
